Participates in plans for their resolution and implementation. Maintains professional skill base appropriate to assigned areas, including age-specific skills. Updates knowledge base regarding regulatory requirements, especially JCAHO, as they relate to assigned areas. Participates in plans for staff to meet those expectations.
